Welding machine WDS 2500 /OD 315 (Set) Welding machine for heating element-butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF pipes and fittings from OD 50 up to OD 315. Basic machine with welding force setting (max. 160 daN) and scale, holding bracket for the heating element and planer, the machine carriage works with a linear prismatic guideway on a solid basic frame. Electric planer from OD 20 with chain drive in in a closed aluminium housing and external chip removal. Heating element, working diameter 345 mm, anti-stick coated, with connection cable and plug, control lamps for interval, on/off-switch, electronic temperature control in accordance with DVS 2208. Two-part aluminium-basic clamping devices with lock, each side swivelling up to 15°. Pipe supports (pr. dimension) OD 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, 225, 250, 280 and 315 mm.
