The extruder has a built-in computer with 4 control keys.
Button 1 = ENTER. Button 2 = SHIFT. BUTTON 3 and 4 = up and down arrow keys.
At startup, it asks: Select material. With the arrow keys you can choose between program for PP - PE -PVDF or up to 4 custom programs. Then press ENTER.
Then the computer asks: Select welding wire thickness. With the arrow keys you can choose between Ø3 and Ø4 mm. welding wire. Then press ENTER.
Then the computer finds the preset program itself. A countdown clock shows you when the extruder is hot enough to use.
If you want to change the temperature of the air or the auger, use the arrow keys. Finish with ENTER.
After use, type: REPLACE - the extruder cools down and can be switched off after approx. 1 minute.
