Mini extruder - One-handed welding extruder Munsch Mini - where essential parts are patented - is light in weight and can operate with many different types of plastic.
It is the only one-handed extruder with worm and built-in air supply and a weight of no more than 3.5 kilos. It measures 45 cm in length, 28 cm in height and just 8.5 cm in width.
Munsch MiniXtruder is equipped with a precise control system and digital display, which handles the temperature in the melting chamber and the air temperature,
as well as the speed of the worm.
The extruder is equipped with cold start protection.
Use of the extruder is easy, just enter the name of the welding material and the thickness of the welding wire, all other data is stored in the database.
The required welding parameters will be automatically generated by the electronic control system.
The extruder is resistant to both frost and tropical temperatures. It does not corrode, even when used with chlorine and fluorine-containing welding materials.
Munsch Mini is delivered with stand, preheating screen, 1 pc. universal welding shoe no. 67.0107K-32-20-M and 1 pc. blank shoe 67.XXX-32-20-M.
A practical suitcase with room division is included, which makes it very easy to use the extruder for travel work and the like.
