Drive Engine and blower is both brushless, which do not need to change coal, and for long life.
Series 65 extruders come with support legs, preheat shield, tool kit, 4 different air nozzles and 1 piece. blank welding shoe No. 43.01XXX-40-40-M and 1 piece. welding shoe No. 43.0121K-60-50-M
The extruder has built computer 4 Controls.
Button 1 = ENTER. Button 2 = CHANGE. Button 3 and 4 = Arrow keys up and down.
On start-up it asks: Choose material. With the arrow keys you can choose between program PP – PE -PVDF or up to 4 custom applications. Then press ENTER.
Then the computer prompts : Select welding wire thickness. With the arrow keys you can choose between 4mm and 5mm. welding wire. Then press ENTER.
After your computer detects even the pre-set program. A countdown timer shows you when the extruder is hot enough to be used.
If you want to change the temperature of the air or the screw , use arrow keys. Finish with ENTER.
Output adjusted using the knob in the pistol grip. Maximum output is set to power- box.
After use typed: SHIFT – extruder cools down and can be switched off after about. 1 minutes.
