EasyWeld 110 V2 with Horizontal Adjustability and Power Facing Tool

HÜRNERs EasyWeld110 V2 (T) is your professional solution for butt-welding applications with PE, PP, PVDF and ECTFE1) pipes and fittings for all pressure ratios, from O.D. 20 through 110 mm. This system enables a unique way of handling that is simply unavailable anywhere else. For welding operations, it offers all the advantages of a mobile butt-welding system that is userfriendly and handy enough to be at home at any place, both on worksites and in workshops. ƒ The clamps on the machine chassis are available with horizontal adjustment as standard, while the EasyWeld 110 T also offers vertical adjustability, enabling optimum results in tee and segmented-bend welding applications. ƒ Its compact and lightweight design makes the HÜRNER EasyWeld110 V2 (T) the optimum choice for overhead welding operations. ƒ The manufacture of fittings is possible thanks to the clamps on the chassis bilaterally swiveling by up to 15 deg. each ( 30 deg.). For tee jointing operations, clamps for the chassis are available that can be set at a 45 deg. angle. ƒ HÜRNERs EasyWeld110 V2 (T) is constructed with a specifically designed frame. The machine as a whole with its frame is mounted on a heavy-duty, powdercoated base panel. ƒ For use in jointing tees and 90 deg. segmented bends, a HÜRNER EasyWeld 110 T model version with extended base panel is available. ƒ Especially for smaller component sizes, the optimum facing the system ensures, either with the mechanical manual or the electrical power facing tool, is due to the unique horizontal adjustment mechanics both facing tools feature. Both also ship with blades designed with two usable cutting edges. ƒ The tabletop stands available for the heating element and, optionally, the facing tool allow safe setting-down of the tool. ƒ The electronically controlled, PTFE-coated heating element features an integrated temperature control. ƒ Added protection during storage is achieved for the HÜRNER EasyWeld110 V2 (T) with the highspec transport case specifically designed for the welding system, with drawer-style inlays in which to set the reducers and the accessories. ƒ Of course, all systems are available optionally with narrow-profile clamps for the machine chassis.
