Multipiegacryl is intended for heating thermoplastic sheets, and is particularly suitable for bending extremely thick sheets, up to 15-18 mm. Max bending length 2050mm. The machine comes with 2 +2 heating units, which allows up to 2 bends with both below and above heat in a single operation. By simply disassembling the upper heating units and mounting them together with the lower ones, heating zones can be doubled (up to 4 bends). Contactless heating takes place, using quartz tubes. Each heating unit consists of a quartz tube with two plate-supporting sections in the sides that should be cooled by water circulation. Adjustment of the opening on the water-cooled sections can be set symmetrically from 0 to 60 mm to create an even heating zone on the workpiece. Start and heat adjustment (0-800 °) are independent of each unit. The upper units can be detached and placed parallel to the lower units.
Operation.
Place the plates to be bent, set the heating time on the timer, start the cycle by pressing a push button or pedal (descending the upper heating unit and piece locking with automatic release at the end of the cycle), take the piece out and let it cool in a template, to obtain the required bending angle.
