Transport Trailer RVL 1616 with a large mounted basket for pipe coils with a maximum pipe diameter of 180 mm and a weight of up to 1400 kg. Length of pipe coil at max. diameter = 200 m. This trailer is equipped with a single-axle chassis, straight drawbar with ball coupling and overflow brake. The (un)loading of the pipe coils can be done with an excavator or other lifting options. The transport and loading basket for PVC‑ pipe coils is mounted on the trailer. The pipe coils are loaded from behind or from above with a crane or excavator. The basket has a “gate” at the back so that the loaded pipe coils can also be moved backwards. After separating the connecting belts, the pipe coils will be laid on two carrier rollers and four guide rollers. Additional rollers for retaining the coil are not necessary. RVL 1616 is galvanized and comes with TÜV‑ approval.
